No microwave in room

Many times when you look at a hotel and its amenities on line, it looks very different when you get there. This hotel was better in person than the pictures. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We used the pool, which was also very nice. We will definitely stay there again, on our next visit.

Very friendly staff and nice lobby to relax and yummy cookies when you check in

I don’t recommend visiting Montgomery, it’s boring. If you have to go, stay here. It was clean and the staff was wonderful.

Well done Trilogy! The historic and modern blend was perfect. Very clean and inviting everywhere we looked. Staff was very friendly from the valet parking, front desk, roof top restaurant/bar and our server Ariel was the BEST! Highly recommend Trilogy for a safe and pleasant stay in Montgomery.

The property appeared to be brand new. We were impressed with the cleanliness, freshness of the appearance, friendliness of the staff and breakfast bar.

It was a very short stay, but the stay was amazingly great. Nice and clean facility located downtown and in walking distance to the things we loved seeing and doing.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Very clean, very spacious, friendly staff (not just 1 or 2, literally every single person I spoke with was friendly and helpful). I would 100% go back to this hotel again! Excellent.

The people from front desk, waiters, waitresses, bartenders, food and beverage Manager went out of their way to ask if I was happy with service, the food, the way I was being treated, and showed genuine concern like I was part of their family!!

Everything was Perfect

Room looked new. Air conditioner quiet. Good value for the money

My family and I arrived several hours before check-in and asked if we could check in early. The staff made it happen. We were able to check-in early and had a clean, comfortable room on the first floor. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in making our stay stress-free. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. The pool is a little small but nice for a quick dip or for the kids to expend some energy. We decided to stay here after...

The room was beautiful. The bed however was hard.

In town for volleyball tournament. Easy to find. Safe area. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that walls a little thin. Heard the man singing next door at 6:10 in the morning on Saturday. Trash cans full Saturday morning and still full Sunday. Had to set mine on top.

My first experience was somewhat a little less than perfect. Upon arrival I wasn’t aware that there was no parking deck. There was paid public parking only 2 hrs at a time but they did offer valet parking for $20 overnight. I knew we would be coming and going during it visit to Alabama so we public parked. Anyhow once I entered the room i realized housekeeping and maintenance need to step up to the plate. The toilet seat was almost off it was so loose, the couch was very nasty and stained and...
