"Parking was safe and convenient, just a little confusing how to pay with the system initially not sending a QR code to allow entry then when attempting to pay online saying ticket don’t exist. But exiting the garage it just asked for a credit card tap, which is charged at full of no hotel parking pass since they were out, and it let us right out. Hotel was a pretty quick and safe walk from Wrigley Field instead of trying to jump on the redline train which was insanely packed. But hotel was very well kept and room was nice! Had a great short stay. "

"Does not look appealing from outside but inside was nice, room was spacious, breakfast was decent-above average, indoor pool was nice, temperature was perfect. Feel that they are short staffed. Very hard to get anyone on phone. Took over 20 mins to get towels. Staff at bar louie for dinner was rude. Staff needs to be reminded that they have a customer service job-treat others how you would expect to be treated!!"

"The property was well maintained, and the location was excellent. Kim and Liz provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay—they were professional, welcoming, and truly made a positive impact. They deserve recognition for their exceptional work. Unfortunately, my experience at the Red Bar & Lounge was very disappointing. About 15 minutes after opening, the “Not Open” sign was still displayed. When I asked if they were open, a staff member on her cellphone briefly replied yes and returned to her phone. I seated myself and waited nearly 10 minutes as the only guest in the restaurant. During that time, no one greeted me, offered a menu, or took a drink order, while staff remained gathered behind the bar talking and using their phones. I eventually left and reported the issue to the manager. I had a similar experience at the Starbucks downstairs, where the employee appeared focused on her cellphone while assisting customers. These interactions gave the impression that guest service was not a priority and could easily discourage repeat business. Aside from these service issues, my stay was very enjoyable. The wooded park next to the property and the nearby entertainment options were wonderful amenities. With better attention to customer service in these areas, this would have been an exceptional stay."
