Comfortable bed. Room bit warm, but didnt realise you could open the window! Unfortunate wait for dinner. Staff lovely

The room was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had everything you could possibly need and the location was convenient for walking to the Edinburgh Castle and lots of shops and eateries.

I found it odd that they did not have wash clothes available. The service in the restaurant was all but non existent. I ordered my own drinks at the bar and finally had to ask someone to take our food order. Front desk staff was condescending.
