“A brilliant place to stay, Great location & great service. Go dawgs”

“Beds were very comfy, we had a great stay.”

“Thank you for the stay!”

“The condo is very nice and in an ideal location. Perfect for a fun weekend getaway in Athens! The bed was SO comfortable, and the sectional sofa is big enough for 1-2 kids/people to sleep on (plus there's a rollaway bed in the closet). The building has an elevator, which was a big plus. We did have an issue with parking passes (the listing says 2, but we only got 1...we left a note on our second car's windshield and fortunately did not have any problems). We ate out for meals, but the kitchen……

“The property itself was just perfect and I enjoyed it thoroughly after some bumps with the check-in process. It would be really helpful if all information was included in the Vrbo app. Now that I know the ropes I would happily stay there again.”

“Everything was excellent. The biggest impression I’m taking away and looking forward to the next time I book this property was the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Very relaxing and quiet after a long day. Thanks”

“Clean and tidy home in a quiet neighborhood. Good landing pad for a family of four. Great communication with host. ”

“Perfect place to stay for UGA football and hanging out in downtown Athens.”

“Keith was very accommodating and we had a great stay!”

“Great apartment in Athens, near five points area, quiet and clean.”

“Great place to stay. Good location in Athens and host is a good communicator.”

“Great location! Host was very helpful and communicated proactively. Great place for a game day weekend. ”

“Great place, great location, great, very responsive hosts!”

“Everything was amazing.”

“The place was spacious and in a perfect location (can get to most places in 10-15 min). The neighborhood was safe for those who are female and travel alone.”

“Great condo. Easy to get to and close to downtown”

“Had a very enjoyable stay. The condo is in a great location relative to the campus and stadium. It was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive and kept in communication throughout our stay. Checking in and out was seamless. It was a little pricey, but I would absolutely recommend this condo to others. ”

“It's a good, basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. Positives: It's spacious, clean, nice kitchen, one really nice mattress. Furniture is mostly second-hand or family hand-me-downs. It's one apartment in a building of 18 units or so. Seems to be a place where the owner drops in and out as there were a good many personal items around. It was fine.”
