"The overall stay was horrible due to an improper working shower. The shower didn’t drain and the water was spraying into bathroom floor. Told the hotel staff three times about the shower and nothing was done. Also asked for towels to place on floor due to wet floor from shower."

"My only complaint is that the rooms are small. The room with king bed had only one nightstand and side with no nightstand was almost against the wall. Also, no safe in room. Otherwise, the stay was good. Excellent location. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Nice lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Purified water dispenser near elevator on every floor. Still and sparkling water dispenser in lobby."

"Was really excited stay at Windsor Stes. Website photos & desc are beautiful. Need update. Construction everywhere.workers,(rude) & no regard to guests trying to maneuver luggage racks, through cones. Given upgraded room. HOTEL JOKE sll size room prices dropped below our rate to include topfloor executive suites. told that the entire hotel was booked. Later to find 3/4 of the rooms were empty. What a scam. Front desk gave us minimal information and no guest information manual.Entering room we started to get nauseous. There was a strong smell of cigarettes & marajuana. BTW, I later found marijuana in the room. This is a serious issue for me, being in drug and alcohol recovery, this type of situation puts me at risk of relapse. Should I call the police? The temperature in the room was 52° and was blowing mass amounts of dust. I am severely allergic to dust and was unable to sleep.Bother had miserable reaction to dust.l too. Both TV's didn't work. Lighting very dim making it hard to even to read a book. The entire room was covered in dust and all rooms covered with hard shelled, tiny black bugs.In addition to a few flying bugs that I spent hours chasing to kill. A really kind man at night desk said he'd give 50% off. Check out, lady said no record of discount. I should figure it lout myself.We would have changed hotels but we sick. You're website is dangerously inaccurate. Please issue 100% refund. Or maybe I will have some fun posting similar reviews and contact police"
