“We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.”

“Everything was great! The room was huge and loved the layout!”

“The suites were roomy, but everything felt old and worn out. This property needs a refresh. The staff was fine, but there was a feeling like we were bothering them.”

“Beautiful property. Wonderful idea to have happy hour with free drinks and appies. Socializing with other guests outside on patio with firepits going was highlight of our stay. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay again.”

“I think I was able to get one of the last rooms same day....beautiful room, comfortable and spacious, bathroom as well. My view was the parking lot, but next time I will book in advance for hopefully a valley view. Friendly young front desk rep offering wine tasting at that time.”
