“I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late.
