“I was there a week and room was only cleaned once. The carpet in the halls was worn and dirty. When they list providing breakfast, if it's all cold it should be listed as continental.”

“Things to know: This is ran by a Christian group, and they purposely do not have t.v.'s in the rooms. Not a big deal. The castle is actually really cool, and there is a good amount of hiking trails if you're into that. We didn't stay at the castle, and instead stayed in one of the other areas.... Unfortunately we were in the basement, which isn't their fault, but between Expedia and the group, they could just have the bedroom say something like (upstairs/downstairs) when booking. If I could rate one negative it would be the misc maintenance issues like a broken tile in our room, the shower leaking and not spraying right. Overall we love Holiday Inn Express and will continue to use it!”

“Doesn’t feel too safe, everything is very run down and outdated, parking lot is a little awkward and was a lil’ tight for our truck pulling a trailer and all the staff was pleasant. I recommend to Spend the extra $40 - $50 for a nicer room.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs South. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great convenience. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring Colorado Springs and nearby attractions. The indoor pool and fitness center were well maintained and added to the overall experience.……
