“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“The place is well maintenance and clean, front staff was so nice and helpful, but one thing I don’t like was the cleaning staff knocked the door around 9.30 am and then he opened the door right away even we was still in the room (check out time is 11 am), how come he opened the door without permission? A little bit feels unsafe.”

This hotel needs to be closed down until they have a serious pest control the pool area is nice until night time there was a huge rat and another family said they saw a bunch of baby mice running around the hotel manager Ahmad was nice but after seeing roaches my vacation stay was ruined”

“The room was clean and comfortable; however we woke up to no running water in the bathroom. Too bad i found out after the release of my dinner at 7 a.m. I see someone cleaning the rooms and ask about the water, but he isn't fluent in English and shows me a message on his phone that the whole building water was off and they had no idea on when it would come back on. We go to the front desk where we checked in to report the problem and were informed that they no longer manage the property and we……
