No downstairs shower or even a garden hose, only a spigot. So unfortunately we were sandy, the cabin got sandy, everything was sandy. The yard has never been mowed/maintained, weeds three feet tall. The house did not feel like a home due to lack of decor, furnishings, toiletries. Handyman showed up unannounced in an unmarked vehicle to fix smart lock on door. We have small children, did not know if this guy was legit or a criminal.
