“No rules were implemented. No children in hot tub should mean that! relaxing i was hot in head with football while kids were unattended in hot tub. i’ve been there before and same thing happened. Our fault we went during spring break so pool was over run with unruley kids with no parents to be seen. Couldn’t really relax, not enough poolside chairs, people would come out at 5 am pick there chairs put all there stuff in it and stay for whole day until evening, leaving no space for others. ……

“Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it.”

“Sit back, this will be a long review. I WISH I could rate the staff separate from the property. The truth is the staff was just too good for this old property. Hilton should be ashamed. My stay was business for the week. We arrived on Monday, and was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. We had traveled for almost 10 hours. The front desk allowed early check-ins for everyone. There were smiles all around. The lobby area is gorgeous. The Koi pond was beautiful and well kept. We headed……

“The property was beautiful. Very quiet, clean easy to get around the area. Staff here was wonderful. The grounds here were so lush with greenery, The room had a beautiful Mountain View.”
