"Hotel is situated in a great location. The lobby was packed when we arrived due to an event but they quickly brought more people to the reception desk to get guests checked in. The room was really nice. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. So you could hear all the noises from the bedroom and it took awhile for the mirror to de-fog after someone showered."

"The room was clean and the right size for me. The bathroom was in great shape, and the amenities were good. The staff was super helpful, and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. The location was central to everything I needed and easy to get anywhere I needed to go. Downtown can get loud and stay loud, and some rooms are right at street level, so you can hear street noise, which doesn't bother me at all. So if you're sound-sensitive, make sure you're on a higher floor or in a room away from the street."

"Great place to stay due to its proximity to the Freedom Trail, and metro system. We stayed 3 nights. The first night was on 6th floor and it was hard to sleep due to a lot of street noise. The next morning we asked at the front desk if it was possible to move to a room on a higher floor and the staff made that happen within an hour which we greatly appreciated—no extra charge! We were moved to 21st floor and heard no street noise. We had the buffet breakfast every day we were there and it was very good. So I highly recommend this hotel!"
