"We have stayed at many rentals and have never left a negative review, but unfortunately this experience warrants one.We paid a 375 cleaning fee and still went out of our way to leave the cabin in excellent condition. We washed all the towels, cleaned up after ourselves, and treated the property with care. After checkout, the hosts requested another 100 for some dog hair and a pee pad that was IN THE TRASH. We had already taken out the previous trash and didn’t want to waste another plastic bag...

It's a decent option but I personally would look for something else based on my experience.Positives: pics are accurate; host quickly responds; working level 2 EV charger; fully stocked kitchen; newer construction and clean; 2 min. walk to Madden Bald Trailhead and 12 min. drive to the Cosby Picnic Area; and is a 35-40 min drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Negatives: Musty/mildewy smell on the first level. Host misrepresents the property as...
