“Beautiful property, it was just what we needed.”

“We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! Nice neighborhood, back patio had shade structures and string lights with grill and charcoal available. Many birds called this place home. They offered emergency soup in case you needed...

“This is a great house for a family stay. Very clean and decent amount of space for kids to spread out. Nice backyard space with seating area and cornhole to enjoy beautiful Phoenix weather. Great location...walkable to most downtown hotspots. Owner is very responsive. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed the space it was beautiful. And in a convenient location. Parking was smooth as well. The front bedroom was too hot to sleep in and the living room was hot during the day. The only suggestion I would say is add a smoking area outside where ppl can sit down it was hot and we had to go out the gate. But all in all this is a beautiful space and totally worth checking out.”

“Nice, comfortable house, well-maintained, close to ASU and Downtown PHX.One thing to note: when navigating to the property, make sure you go to SOUTH 3rd St., not N. 3rd St., which was indicated on one of our VRBO documents.Host is super responsive with any questions. Kitchen is ample. Laundry works well. Tip: Check out Coffee Drunk coffee shop, a short walk up Grant. Good drinks and nice people. Definitely recommend this property, would stay here again.”
