“the property looks to be in need of a redo. Carpets are dirty and it smells like bleach or some kind of carpet cleaning solution was used recently. The rooms look beat up, some kitchen stoves do not cover the cutout on the top, the protection from water to splash the wall is 2 where a repair happened and the caulk does not even match the color, it looks like a free one was given. missing remotes, missing mattresses from the sofa bed, no pillows/sheets provided for the sofa bed unless you walk……

“This was such a great place for my husband & I. Located in a cute little neighborhood & walking distance to various locations in Salem. Tina was a great host, she made check-in easy & the neighbors were so nice! Thanks for a great stay for our first time in Salem!”

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“New England was in the middle of a heat wave. The air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was not working. Maintenance guy tried all evening to fix it but he wasn’t successful. He eventually brought us a fan. Also, the bathroom in the master bedroom smelled like mildew. The location of the property is very good. Walking distance to many attractions.”

“Do not stay at this place ! Manager was very rude and when the system messed up the dates on my reservation I was denied a refund for that night even though I paid for the actual night I stayed !!!”
