“The hotel is close to the road, very noisy and I couldn't sleep at night”

“Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:……

“The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 8. Very clean space. Owners were easy to contact. Free parking (just check for street cleaning days... I got a ticket cause I'm from a city that doesn't have street cleaning). Location was perfect for our visit of San Francisco. Definitely will book again in the future.”

I find out his time quite often food is not replenished in time to meet the demand, such as banana, waffle, home-made yogurt.Guests are holding their dishes waiting. If rooms can be provided with one more simple chair, it will be perfect . ”
