"What a beautiful hotel. Very elegant. The staff was the absolute best. Extremely kind and helpful. The restaurants were great, food was delicious. Amazing views of the ocean. Property was close enough to get out and walk around. The spa was so nice and clean. Rosa, the attendant at the spa made my experience even better. All of the staff made the trip a great experience. 10/10 would recommend and will most definitely be going back on stay "

"The staff that we interacted with were wonderful and friendly. I love the location of the property because Uber was super cheap to Old San Juan.
The only thing we did not like was the bathroom. The bathroom doors did not lock and we did not like that the fridge and safe were in the bathroom.
Overall, my friends and I had an amazing time at the Condado Plaza Hilton. "
