“I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. ”

“The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two . They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . “Our stay at this beautiful waterfront hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, cozy, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. And the room… absolutely stunning! The ocean view was breathtaking, the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. The location is another huge plus — walking distance to many great spots, restaurants, and attractions. The bar……

“The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again.”

“Staff not friendly at all at reception. I was looking for towels and was going back and forth from reception and the pool. No breakfast available at the site. Elevators did not work properly. You can get much better alternativas in San Juan. Not worth”
