Situated just a short walk from a popular windsurfing beach and only ten minutes from the airport, this home is conveniently located in San Juan, surrounded by an abundance of excellent restaurants and lively bars, ensuring a lively stay.

Ideal for sharing with another family, this residence is a luxurious retreat. Public scooters are readily available nearby, allowing you to effortlessly explore the neighboring restaurants and coffee shops.

With brand-new high-end furnishings, including a lavish sectional sofa seating twelve, a splendid dining area on the first floor for eight, and a charming marble-topped dining spot on the second floor for six, this home is both elegant and comfortable. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine with starter capsules. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor.

On the first floor, you'll find well-appointed bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Azure. We had 3 generations celebrating a birthday. The house looks amazing. Plenty of rooms and places to relax. The location was great....just steps away from a beach. The house had lots of amenities for the pool and beach (floats, beach chairs and beach umbrellas). Lilybeth was a super nice and friendly host. She helped us with transportation and a private chef.

This was a little slice of heaven. Tucked away in a great neighborhood by the beach is this gem of a house. Luxuriously furnished and appointed, gorgeous views (the sunsets from the second floor terraces are stunning!), lovely pool with BBQ area and great sound system. All the amenities one could expect and then some like the Nespresso machines, and an electric bike to get around. All of this just steps from the beach. Hosts were great; attentive, responsive and accommodating. We had an incredible time. Would have stayed another week.....or longer, much longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to return.

Best way to celebrate a special birthday
Thank you for hosting us in Mid March. I am still recovering from the relaxation. This is a perfect location to relax; have your own en suite room; a block from the ocean; great views; relaxing house. The pool area was awesome and the host set us up with Fix A Trip PR and i was able to do all my excursion bookings with Sergio and it was awesome.Tell him Nancy Jones sent you:) We booked Chef Janice for ny bday meal. She was excellent! Highly recommend a boat ride and distillary tour (was so fun!) The grocery store is close by but if you eat out the food is excellent. Don't forget to hit the casino. You won't go wrong renting this villa. If you see something call the host- very attentive. I hope you have a wonderful time like we did. Blessings!!!

Beautiful Beach Villa with great layout and very responsive hosts
The Villa continued to delight on our 7 night stay with 14 people . 7 adults and 7 children ages 11 - 16. The most impressive aspect besides the amazing design was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the hosts. They were committed to ensure we had everything we needed and no worries. Which we did. An easy walk to beach and a spectacular pool with a waterfall were endless entertainment after days trips within a short drive. Highly recommend!! Enjoy.

Best Group Gathering Spot on the Island!
My fiancee and I had an intimate destination wedding with 5 other couples, and this place could not have been more tailor-made for the experience. With amazing walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants and staples, we had everything a large group could need without needing to plan big excursions for everything. And when we DID want to plan big excusrions, our host overdelivered with the recommendations–our wedding dinner restaurants, Marmalade, was their idea...and it may have been the best meal we've had in a decade... All in all WOW! Super crazy highly recommended. Our group already wants to do our reunions here, and they've barely boarded their planes ;-)

We found our paradise in paradise!!
We were completely blown away. This location OVER-exceeded our expectations from cleanliness, to comfortability and to its location between Condado and Isla Verde. This was our 1st family vacation where no one had to fight to jump in the shower. Every one of 7 bedrooms had its own bathroom. This house had ample space so that we were not atop of each other. There were at least 3 quiet areas that i could just sit and drink my morning coffee. And there is nothing better than a cup of Puerto Rican coffee while listening to the waves breaking on the surf. This property was located within a 5-15 minute walk to some great restaurants and within a 30 min drive to many great attractions. And when we had any questions regarding where something was or how something worked Richard was great at getting back to us. I have to say that other than my quiet mornings drinking my coffee I think I most enjoyed my late night dips in the heated pool. Thank you Richard for the welcome package. We will see you very soon.

This VRBO is one of the top three homes that my large family has stayed in. It was close to the beach, had a pool, everyone had their own bathroom, etc. The location is right between old San Juan and the airport. Short Uber ride or drivable by car. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Azure. The house was laid out very well and made it convenient for us to hang out together or separately as there are two large living rooms. We appreciated all of the space and the house was very clean. It is located conveniently to the airport and to many restaurants and shopping. Fortunately, it is in a quiet area without the hustle and bustle of traffic. Parking on the street was easy for both of our cars as well. Beach access is just a few minutes walk. Overall a great stay and the host was easily accessible for any questions.

Just the right amount of beds to bathrooms
Our trip started off with a nice arrival and easy checkin process. The house is lovely and Lilibeth is very responsive, but there were a few minor things that the other guests pointed out; The a few of glass showers leaked and sealing required, the upstairs bathroom (not en-suite) door is properly aligned and could be opened with a push and the guest felt like at anytime someone could walk in which caused a lil anxiety. The soap dispensers didn't all have soap, some were water. The TVs in two rooms did not turn on, but we were on vacay so it was all good. The pool area was sick, absolutely beautiful but the trees overhead spilled leaves everyday and it felt like work everyday to keep the pool clean and leaf free. On the best part, the house is fully stocked with beach gear, grill (needs to be degreased), cabana area perfect for late night hang outs around the pool. Although the area should be sprayed or house guests should spray for mosquitoes we were all eaten up on the 3rd and 4th nights. In the end, love the house, location, and decor.

Villa Azure was beautiful and perfect for our group of 10 adults. Everyone has comfortable sleeping accommodations and the number of bathrooms was great. We really enjoyed the pool and that at the end of the street we had what felt like a private beach. Lillybeth was gracious and helpful whenever we had questions. It is a short Uber away from all the neighborhoods we wanted to explore and an easy drive to the forest as well. Thank you!

Group birthday celebration
Our stay at Lilybeth's house was exceptional! The house is lovely and the location is great! I stayed upstairs with my husband and 17 month old, 3 girls in one room and a friend in the other and it was soundproof! The rest of the party was downstairs and at night we could play music and hang out inside without worrying about waking up the kiddos. So great to have all the space in and out to spread out and enjoy. We celebrated my 40th birthday and one night we had a chef come in to prepare a meal and it was delicious. Lilybeth was able to get me in contact with someone who helped schedule this so it was very hands-free and relaxing! There are many restaurants in walking distance or if you have I've days, hours of delivery options. We walked to kasalta and bistro Cafe, both were delicious! This place is a gem and we will definitely be back. We were all sad to leave! Lilybeth was always available with any questions I had and answered the phone to help. That's for making this trip so wonderful!

We had a party of 10, 4 kids and 6 adults. First of all the location was really good. It was just steps away from the beach and a really quiet neighborhood. The Villa was spacious and beautiful. Everyone felt comfortable. Going through the house, it was obvious that whoever designed and furnished it really wanted to make people feel at home. It is a very classy but still livable space. The pictures do not do it justice as shown online. Our hosts remained accessible without being in anyway underfoot. We really enjoyed the pool, the grill, and the well furnished kitchen. The generator was automatic, kicking in within seconds of a power outage. Overall, we had no complaints and enthusiastically endorse this property. There’s no doubt that our return to Puerto Rico would depend greatly on Villa Azure being available.
