Great staff. Clean room and bedding.Good value for the price.

It was our first time staying there and I must say it was very pleasant. It was quiet super clean very convenient walkable to dining places and a short Uber drive is between $7 to $10 to pier 39 or 30 min walk. Really close to the gooden gate bridge, the arts pillars, parks, beaches etc would stay there again! Super affordable too!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, great bed and house keeping service. Great location, close to bart, cable car and local transportation. We felt very safe!

The Westin St Francis SF was fabulous. Very well kept, staffing, rooms, convenience to everything. This was the perfect stay and we felt at home! Our bathroom was small but it could have just been our room. We took tours and were so convenient to the pickups. Took the transit system which was clean and well kept. We stayed 8 nights and this was for our 40th wedding anniversary!

I went to this property to attend a concernt and take my son to the city as he has never been. The hotel had so many cool things such as their amazing gym, it had a peloton, beautiful gym equipment and weights. The gaming area was super cool too, including a giant plinko we played, pool, ping pong, and other games. Their ice machine was freaking rad. It had an option that allowed it to do both water and ice at the same time, which was a cool feature. It was nice to have that to fill up your...

Great central location, check in was extremely easy, nice management.

This hotel will now be my first stop in San Francisco. Very easy access to the ocean, the trams, good dining. The welcome at the front desk is warm and efficient. There are no elevators but the 20 steps up to 3rd floor was a breeze and once inside the room a real joy. It was so white and clean and comfortable. Great television set, good wi-fi, and the cleanest bathroom I have experienced in a long time.

The hotel and location are wonderful, close to lots of amenities including transit and dining. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, however, with unhoused people and a noticeable urine smell prevalent. I didn’t feel personally unsafe, but I was cautious, and families or single women might be wary.

I would prefer this hotel compared to any hotel very clean pillows smell good bed is comfortable everything perfect..
