The space South Efficiency C 325 in the Iron Blosam is one of a kind. It is an extra large 655 sq ft with a queen size sofa bed, a queen size murphy bed, a full kitchen, and full bathroom. Two separate sleeping areas to allow for privacy - good for kids or two couples. Building has hot tub, heated pool, Gym, game room, and restaurant on premise.
