“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. While some may view this as a branding choice, synthetic fragrances are a major health barrier. “The sheets on my sisters bed had a dried blood stain on it. When we told the woman at the front desk she basically accused my sister of lying. The valet brought my sisters car to us and we got in It reeked of pot. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund for one of our two rooms. No one did. I called two other times when I got home and received no call back. I got Expedia involved. Then I called hotel again and finally got an assistant manager who was very polite and professional……
