“I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. ”

“酒店就在Metrotown站附近，步行約5分鐘可乘搭skytrain，附近商場臨立，對面馬路就是麗晶商場，交通、飲食、購物都非常方便。 酒店每天供應豐富自助早餐，水果也有2-3種，很好吃。 我們訂了一廳一房套房，露台可以外望温哥華遠境，很賞心悦目，可惜睡房沒有門，只是一個分隔區域，嬰兒沒有寧靜環境，弄到每晚都哭，後來酒店從善如流，給我們換了可以關上門的房，解決了問題，感謝！”

“The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. ”

The view is stunning, and there is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the rushing river right outside your window. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back!”

“The location is fairly central, but there are several drawbacks during my stay. There is no daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of 14 days or longer, which means guests need to manage their own trash and towels during shorter stays. This was quite inconvenient. The building is also very close to a fire station, so sirens can be heard frequently at night. In addition, there are nightclubs nearby, which can make the area quite noisy in the evenings. “Amazing place! Rooms were modern, well equipped with all the amenities you could want. Access and check-in/check-out were so smooth. Location was easy to access and close to everything you need.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……
