“There was hair in my bed and all over my sink. It was gross. It felt more like a happy prison cell than a hotel room personally and the timer light on the bathroom was so annoying. You will shower in the dark after 5 minutes unless you turn the light back on constantly.”

“My family enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the staff were amazing!”

“Room floor made everyone’s feet black. Asked for more wash cloths and was told there were none because they needed to do laundry. Pool closed in July. Comforter cover had stains on them.”

“I arrived earlier than expected and the assistant GM Mr Dexter was very accommodating with still getting me checked in and I so appreciate that so much. And at the end of my stay Ms Hailey helped me and she also was very helpful.”

“Nothing!! Never had anyone clean the room the 3 days or bring clean linen or towels. The people who are living in the motel were out there, rubbing up their motor at all hours and all through the day when we were there. You couldn’t park anywhere near your room because of the regular to stay there I guess. Also, there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot, me and my grandson witnessed. From one of the people who live there. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anybody. I was so unsatisfied……

“Run and stay away from this place. Walking in you could immediately smell mildew. Upon inspection there were several mold spots through out the room. We also found dog feces under the desk, human hair on the bed, crumbling plaster on the ceiling and walls, mold on the air vents. It was disgusting. And only gave a 20% discount when told about the problems the next day.”

“They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was……

“My original suite wasn’t ready at 4:00 so they put me in a same size handicapped room. Next day, Large spider is the room. Also had 2 more medium spiders . Gave another room it was dirty, Given another room. Had to move to a smaller room wanted to charge same price. Ac sounded like a loud boat motor and toilet ran all night. Other than that, it was ok. After all that only received $50 credit!! Manager never came out to talk or apologize. Desk clerks were really nice and professional!”
