“We stayed here because this quaint little town was about halfway between Denver International and Breckenridge where we had plans. The place itself was cozy, however the area is unfinished and the driveway area was extremely muddy which transferred into the house. The doormats are small, carpeted and inadequate for the mud and gravel tracked in. We removed our shoes but we still tried to sweep a few times a day to keep up.The carpets were heavily stained, but the unit itself (bedding, fixtures,……

“We stayed with my mother in law who had never been to Colorado. Cozy cabin feel with a lot of amenities. The main living and bedrooms are up a flight of stairs which was not a big deal but something that isn’t obvious from the listing. Lovely home, great host. ”

“It was our first time at a ski resort during the summer and we absolutely loved it. We loved the fact that it wasn't super busy. The property was great and the amenities were very good. The apartment is small but for it's size it fits six people well. It didn't feel crowded and it makes very good use of the space. Overall we loved staying there.”

“The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is close to I70 and downtown evergreen and better yet, just a few blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants and more. If I ever need to stay in Evergreen again, this will be my first choice. As a big bonus, the host was spectacular. Very fast response and helped me with anything I needed.”
