"The property is very nice. Rooms are cool. Room service was subpar but the main area was very pretty. All in all decent stay. Would recommend if you're not too picky about room service."

"I feel the Hotel should offer complementary coffee. They have two convenience store less than a hundred yards away, both serve a much less expensive higher quality of coffee. But over all the property is a great choice when visiting Flagstaff. "

"Honestly this place looked a little outdated from the outside but the rooms were lovely. We had the king bed junior suite. The staff was so sweet and kind during our stay. Alexander went above and beyond to truly make sure we were comfortable. They also allow fur babies and give a care package!! The restaurant wasn’t bad but a little overpriced. The gym was perfect for our needs and the grounds were massive. I would definitely stay again!"
