"Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant."

"We stayed in Hotel Europe for three nights - three fantastic nights! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extraordinarily welcoming and genuinely friendly and engaged at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. The WIFI was spotty at times but mostly the first night - it was ok after that. The elevator is tiny but so quaint. It works perfectly well and that’s all we wanted. We had zero issues...

"Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. "

"We’ve booked one night stay at the hotel to be able to board our very early flight the next day . Wonderful property!!! Free shuttle to and from airport (10min ride) We were offered a free transport digital card for public transport so we went to the city center to explore and have dinner . Room was on the smaller side but with all the right amenities. Free water bottles, tea kettle and teas . Beds were great , comfortable and with clean bedding. Awesome shower, good mirrors and lighting in the...
