“Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better.”

“The absolute cleanest and well maintained rental comdo we have EVER stayed it! Very modern and very comfortable! The recliners will swallow you whole! Lol! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and very clean. The kimg bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. And the VIEW....UNBELIEVABLE! We will 100% be staying here again!”

“If you are all about location, this is the place. You are far enough from the city for it to be quiet, but still close enough to everything without dealing with long, winding roads. The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. The place is nice, cozy, and was great for bringing our dog. It could use some repairs and interior updates, but overall it was a pleasant and reasonably priced stay.”

“The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . ”
