"Property is beautifully situated on the beach in the beginning of the action. the views from the balcony I was on the 17th floor gorgeous. all the security great but Luis is the best he helped sincerely not expecting anything. then from the dining area Yuri, Jose major y menor pretty much everyone was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, the people at the front desk aren't that kind and helpful. Nonetheless I would stay again and recommend."

However, one area where the hotel could improve is by offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. This addition would significantly enhance the convenience factor for travelers.
