“The rooms were clean, the breakfast was one of the best free continental breakfast, and the location is just a short drive from everything. However, we got there two hours after check-in opened and our room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait almost 45 minutes. When we were checking in, they told us the pool would not be open until later in the evening because the heating element was out. They replaced the heating element and we were able to swim around 8:45 PM. However, there were at least five……

“The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!”
