"Easily the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we’ve stayed at in the Pigeon Forge area, and we’ve stayed at many hotels in the area. Breakfast was the best as far as hotel breakfasts go. Would come back anytime! Just no elevator, that was a downside."

"We like the one room compact cabin, perfect for 2 seniors. Nicely decorated, very clean. The back deck with a view of the river is a big plus for us. As others mentioned, the shower is small and it is difficult to turn around in. There is a long walk from the parking to the cabin door which can be a problem when it is raining. Otherwise, we hope to return next year."

"The property was very well maintained and we were impressed by the cleanliness. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. Our favorite part was sitting on the swings looking at the river and watching the geese and their families."

"Amazing property! Perfectly clean. In great condition. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well stocked. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. We had a multi-generational family there. Plenty of space for everyone from the baby and kids to the college student to the parents and grandparents. But also great space for family time - meals, card games, playing in the creek, relaxing on the porch. It was an amazing vacation space. Thank you!!"

"Perfect location, close to everything in Townsend yet feels secluded and peaceful. Riverside access is wonderful, was my wife's favorite daily activity! About a million fireflies at night, just a great stay. Cabin is clean and comfortable, well-appointed. We loved it!"
