Guest Access: You will have uninterrupted access to the condominium. The pool area is shared with other guests.
The Neighborhood: This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.
The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.
Getting Around: Renting a car is recommendable but is not necessary. You can also move around by bike, scooter and we are able to help you ordering cabs.

Should any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. Please note that this does not affect your experience with the villa itself. Additionally, our Concierge service is available from 8 am to 10 pm and is not a 24/7 butler service per se. If an emergency arises outside these hours, please give them a call.
