"House is in an unusual neighborhood and was very difficult to find because hand-drawn maps were hard to understand and were in French. Owners are absentee landlords living in France and did not communicate on WhatsApp, as I requested. Tried by email, but owner always used French, not my language! No soap, shampoo, napkins, paper towels, condiments, coffee or tea provided. That being said, place was very clean, spacious (could easily handle 6 people) and beautiful, a few km from beautiful beach....

"It was a great location for our extended family. Miguel provided detailed ideas for areas to explore and we took advantage of a Duoro sunset river cruise that was stunning! The "kids" (11-25) engaged in a ferocious competition including foosball, ping pong and billiards. "Great location for visiting Porto. Close to important museums and castles. Many dining options close as well as a very complete supermarket. Each unit is fully furnished with bathroom and small kitchen. Would recommend to any travelers to Porto."

"The property more than lived up to expectations. The house is beautiful and the garden / pool area is all you could want for a truly relaxing stay. We loved every minute - it was hard to drag ourselves away to explore. Restaurants and beach are just a 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend. "We had a wonderful time in Silvia's villa! the location is perfectly situated close to the beaches, Porto, and the lovely town of Viana do Castello. The villa itself has everything you could want, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, games for kids, a pool table, and lots of social spaces. We had a chef come and cook a special dinner one of the nights and the kitchen was very well equipped! We loved our time there and will definitely return!"

"This really is a beautiiful villa.....so spacious, lots to do and very well equipped. We enjoyed the tennis court, pool, billiards and gorgeous setting. Comfortable beds! Mario was great as a host, could not have asked for more - very responsive, flexible, caring and just at the end of what'sapp on the couple of times needed. We hired a car to give us some extra flexibility which worked for us but it is really easy and cheap to pick up ubers locally and from Porto back to the villa. As said in...
