"The owners have lovingly restored this home and have made a very comfortable retreat in the Akron/Highlands area. Things that can't be helped is the neighborhood and the streets 'nightlife'. We found ourselves a little uneasy about walking around past dark and were woken up a few times overnight with music, cars and neighboring parties. Hence our 4 out of 5 rating. Also this home isn't for anyone that is physically challenged by stairs."

"I can’t say enough good things about the process to book, communication with host, quality of property, and neighborhood. There was a lot of thought out into what guests need for their stay. It was a peaceful community, the decor was lovely, and the host was highly communicative. There’s plenty of beds to sleep in, the master bed was so comfortable (I overslept everyday!) Advice to future guests: get ready to relax! The area was perfect as well, everything I needed was in walking distance."

"The house is exactly as pictured! We came as a family and had a wonderful trip. Evan was so nice and very quick to respond when the microwave stopped working, he had a new one to us within hours! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever near Akron or Cuyahoga Falls! If you're in the area definitely stop at Wally Waffle just a few minutes up the road, we ate breakfast there twice it was so good!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, the grounds, cabin, fire pit, spring fed pond and fresh eggs were all magical and perfect. The goats and chickens added to the whole experience for our little ones. Boating and fishing in the healthiest spring fed pond on the property next to the cabin. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us and will return again regularly!"
