“Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. Nothing was done prior to our checkout. They were t apologetic or attempted to quickly correct the concerns. The Fitness center evidently runs classes outside of guests. When I entered, was told they would be using most of……

“we rented 2 condos for our stay. we were celebrating a birthday weekend. the weather was cloudy and rainy, not unusual for the mountains but because we had 2 condos the family was able to visit and catchup on conversations andlife events. everyone really enjoyed themselves. thanks again.”
