The place is very clean especially their rooms. Very friendly people/staffs.

I went to Tomsriver to visit family and friends. I chose the clarion from prior reviews and they were so right. The rooms were clean and fresh, the staff, house keeping to front desk were so kind and pleasant. The Resturant/ bar fabulous. The pool was the biggest hit for my grand-daughter, she and I give the Clarion a triple thumbs up. Thank- you clarion we will be back. Maria strayer

everything was great except when I inquired about late check out on saturday evening, I was told that only one person could approve that and she didn't come in until 9am on Sunday. I had to be out by 6:45am and wanted to come back at 11:30am to pack my room, etc -- but was told that they could not assist me. It might be helpful if there is someone that can approve/accomodate these requests the night before instead of risking getting charged an extra night. I opted to pack my room and check out...

I come to Hilltop every year on my hunting trip.The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.I won’t stay anywhere else in the area.

Beautiful property - great location- helpful staff

easy parking, clean room; very pleasant and friendly staff. Hotel is close to shops and close to the cheapest petrol station of the state ($1,87 per gallon) Fresh baked bread (not the ordinary sweet stuff) available at bakery Luna around the corner but even better in the mexican shop next door to Luna.

I normally stay at mid level hotels like Hampton Inn or Candlewood Suites. However, I was only needing a room to sleep basically since we were in town to go Six Flags Great Adventure and they did not close until midnight the night we were there. We arrived at the hotel earlier then we expected, around 1:30 PM and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in without paying the $15.00 early arrival fee. This is a wonderful shore motel!! 1 block away from Lucky Leos on the boardwalk. Breakfast is only steps away. Room was an efficiency with a stove, microwave and fridge. Staff was excellent! Free parking onsite, as well as pool. Room was CLEAN and peaceful. Doors lock securely unlike other cheaper motels. I WILL be staying here again and again when visiting seaside. BEST motel ive been in this year! THANK YOU Franklin Terrace for an awesome experience!!

We stayed for one night only and the staff was very accommodating with our later arrival time. Room was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
