“Very nice and clean”

“We love The Hibiscus. We always stay in The Big Easy room which is spacious and not connected to the rest of the property. We decided to stay an extra night and it was already booked. The owner helped us by booking us into one of the flats. Game changer. Now we want to come back in the fall and stay longer. The flats have more room and a full kitchen. This boutique inn is a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back. It is rare in this area to stay at a place where you can walk to the beach and……

“The booking stated that min age requirement is 18. Once room was booked, I received a contacted that stated you have to 25 to check in. I tried to cancel right way they would not cancel my booking with a refund due even though they misrepresentation of age requirements. I message several times with no response from the hotel; I went through dispute with Expedia and got no response from them either after they reached out to hotel also. Due to this misrepresentation, I am taking further steps……

One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s right in the middle of everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it very convenient. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward—we were eventually ignored, and we never even received the……

“Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.”
