"Hotel room is good, AC is strong enough especially we are there during the hottest days. However there is smell in the hallway and I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner in the room, makes the hair so dry. Also, there is no shower gel, only bar soap. We have a family of 4 and are staying for 6 nights. We won’t be sharing the same bar soap or remember where each person put their soap so no shower gel isn’t convenient. We end up went out and got a bottle for ourselves "

"This property is just like what is seen in the photos and was squeaky clean and emaculate throughout.The kitchen facilities were excellent with everything you would need to make a meal, although I feel an air-fryer would be an excellent addition to the wide range of electronic goods already available. Kitchen paper, baking parchment and even seasonings were provided as well as tea coffe and sugarThe fridge freeezer was ideal with an ice cube maker and the blender came in handy for crushed ice and smoothies.The wide range of kitchen utensils made it feel like a home from home with baking trays juice squeezer, pots and pans cutlery, mugs and tumbers.A range of thick fluffy towels were provided with face cloths too as well as shower gels, shampoo and even toothbrushes and toothpaste.The garden was well maintained with a selection of garden furniture making it perfect for alfresco dinning.There is a restuarant and bakery a 2 minute walk away and 2 supermarkets a pharmacy and gas stations within a ten minute walk.This is a very quiet beautiful neighbourhoodand is an ideal location for a short break.The host and his wife are amazing and we will be comming back very soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and nice. The only small thing they needed to add was a bath mat for the tub, it was very slippery, and maybe a small step stool for shorter people to reach some items in the cupboard. I'm only 5'4". Other than that, we had an excellent stay. We did get to meet the owner, because we initially had trouble getting into the apartment and he was a very friendly person. The neighborhood was very nice and clean, would definitely recommend to those who need a place in the Bronx."

"We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient."

"Put down a deposit with the understanding that the deposit would be back in my account within 24 hours. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Charged a cleaning fee on top of this for an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned prior to me staying there. A toilet that wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was brown water and the toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. There were also damages in the apartment that they don’t show. Hallway bathroom shower head came off and the water kept running and I had to fix it. They make you put down a deposit and cleaning fee just to advertise this a great place, etc but it’s all a lie. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be further reporting this so that no one else experiences this again. "
"My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again."
"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take the risk to book this place make sure you come with own towels, toilet papers. They would not turn on the heat."
