“Loved the location. Only a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Overall all the hotel is great except for the breakfast had very few selections. The hotel had underground parking .”

“The room was very clean, staff very nice and there were no funky smells in the hotel or rooms. (Very clean smell). The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long and no breakfast was available, but if a person is staying longer than a day or two it is nice that they have a full size refrigerator and area to cook and a microwave.”

“Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. “I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“Everything would have been wonderful however if they give you room 131 don’t take it unless that is all that is left. It shares a wall with the kitchen so you will be forced to be up at 5am when pans start clanking and people start talking. They were just doing their job so not their fault but that room shouldn’t be rented out unless it’s a last resort with disclosures.”

“We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies.”
