“I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“We recently stayed at this hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience. The lobby made a great first impression…it was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the room itself didn't quite match that standard. It felt outdated, and the bedding in particular had an older cover that could definitely use refreshing. Mornings were also a bit challenging, as the cleaning crew was quite loud. You could clearly hear conversations echoing through the hallways, which made it difficult to……

“The biggest issue was that the mattress on the fold out couch beds were disgustingly dirty and ripped in spots. We stayed in two different rooms and had the same issues with the couch mattress in both rooms. Other than that, the main beds and rooms were fine. The pool area was nice, but the pool needed vacuumed due to debris at the bottom.”
