“Parking was great , room wasn’t very clean . Only 1 coffee and not enough towels. ”

“Before reservations, the hotel did not mention it will ask fee for cleaning, but after check in, it receive the fee for two times. Cause they first say they don’t need that much for that but changed their mind one day after. Also the charging socket doesn't work well. The soundproofing of the room is not good. You can hear the sound outside clearly.”

“Awesome location on Congress with wonderful amenities! The only downside was street noise in the form of muscle cars revving up outside, noticeable even on the 25th floor. However, the room was furnished with a white noise machine that blocked most of it out at night. The corner room has amazing views!”

“Clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was inconvenient. The toilet was enclosed with the shower and the only sink was more for a bar than a bathroom. No counter space. ”

“Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs……
