“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“Terrible customer service. The check-in experience was frustrating, the staff did not care about guests, and the room’s air conditioning was blowing warm air. The hotel also imposed incorrect charges and only removed them after I complained, yet tried to present the correction as a “goodwill gesture” instead of admitting their mistake. They clearly do not value their customers. I would not stay here again.”
