There is a smell in the place that is not pleasant and the carpets are very dirty, not sure if the smell comes from the carpets. breakfast was good and location is great

Checking in was not pleasant as check in time is 3:00 pm and when I go there to check in the room was not ready until an hour 1/2 later. Other than that everything else was good.
