"This hotel looks like any other high end hotel but with some differences. The price is very reasonable. Slightly more than half of the big name brands. We stayed on a friday in late Aug. right off I-64 near Richmond. They offer the standard continental breakfast but what you don’t normally see is this: The afternoon of your check in day, at around 5:30, Drury offers a dinner buffet and 3 cocktails per guest FOR FREE!! This is the only place that we stayed at where this was offered. We will certainly be repeat customers. Of course, the staff, lobby, rooms, pool and grounds were impeccable! We were left scratching our heads, wondering how they make any money!"

"EVERYTHING AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER that I came across was excellent! This is the hotel experience that I LOVE! Parking was not the best. Still no complaints. We did not have to walk too far at any moment. Everything else being top tier makes me feel the need to chance the parking."

"Well after being a Bonvoy member for over 5 years I didn't understand why I couldn't obtain access to the Bonvoy members section... Furthermore the restaurant was short staffed I had to wait for over a hour for my dinner on Friday and Then Saturday the resaurant area was very unmaintained ..Had to Start my Saturday Morning with dirty dishes everywhere fruit flies from finished breakfasts just left and not cleaned up...I hold Marriott at a very high standard and I was highly appalled However Sam Perry the Manager on Friday Morning was very Professional and a Pleasure to to be serviced and by"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only disappointment was that both the pool and hot tub were under maintenance during our stay and the whole of summer. The hotel did communicate this ahead of time, which we appreciated, but it was still inconvenient—especially during the summer when access to the pool is one of the amenities you look forward to when staying at a hotel. It definitely took away from the overall experience a little. Aside from that, the property was comfortable and clean, and we had a positive experience with the staff. Once the pool and hot tub are back in service, I think the stay would be even more enjoyable."
