“The hotel is very well located in downtown Lancaster and close enough to Columbus and Hockinghills state park. The rooms are clean. Breakfast spread is nice and housekeeping is daily.”

“This hotel is wonderful; the rooms are very modern and clean. They gave us two sets of towels, which was very nice. It’s clean and cozy here and the breakfasts are delicious.Plus, if you have lunch or dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants (and there are several), you get a 10% discount. If we ever come back here, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel again!”

“The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp. The sheets were too short for the bed. The best part of our experience was the women who……

“Room was spotless and comfortable, lots of close parking, liked having coffee 24/7. The breakfast was just ok. Was option of sausage and over easy egg rounds at 6am one day and the other days at 8 they didn’t have much out. They had some bagels and muffins. A couple of yogurts in the fridge. Usual waffle machine. Overall though it’s an older yet well maintained hotel. The room was immaculately clean which to me makes all the difference. It was very quiet when I was there but I worked nights.”
