“The upgrade was nice. Sheets on the hide a bed and towels were not clean.”

“Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”

“Host did not provide instructions prior to check-in time, did not respond to texts on check-in day and I had to call to get info on how to access the unit. Oddly, everything had to be passed through text instead of a welcome email with all info. Photos on VRBO site are heavily staged. DO NOT expect it to look like the photos. There are multiple decoration pieces in the unit that clutter the space and make it feel cramped. The coffee table (chest) had sharp pieces sticking up on the top, not kid……

“This unit was very clean and it's located right in the middle of everything you could want - within 15 minutes of Todos Santos Plaza, the Sunvalley Shopping Center, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Carlos is a friendly and gracious host and was quite responsive to our messages. We would stay here again.”

“The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. ”

“This was a lovely place to stay while in Walnut Creek. The process to check in was involved, but the instructions provided made it seamless. Loved the big windows, the patio and the cozy comfortable beds. It was a perfect place for me and my friends to get together and hang out while visiting Walnut Creek. I would 100% stay here again.”
