“We were given a room and found small black bugs in the bed. We were given a different room but were not given the refund that the clerk voiced would happen. Overall the staff were very helpful and said that the room would be examined by their pest controll contractor per hotel protocol. Pool was great and many guest enjoyed it.”

“Right across the street from the hospital which was great! Shower curtain was torn and desk chair very damaged and pool closed for renovation didn’t know till got there, but price was good, staff nice, and plenty of parking. So overall a good stay.”

“Rooms are not quiet and if you have loud neighbors on the sides or across the hall, you will hear everything. The doors are not sealed well enough and slam easily if not held to close. Sound insulation is non-existent. If you don’t mind that noise and you can sleep with it, the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. The location is good right off the freeway. The toilet handle, light switch cover and desk light were all broken or cracked. I would stay here again but ask for an end room……
