"Found hair on my towel, ac unit was very loud, didn’t have Kleenex only bath tissue, sheets were very thin and gave me allergies, curtains did not block out sunlight, the surroundings looked unsafe and sketchy."

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor.
