“The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! worse ever in a motel, the staff was kinda rude, didnt speak much English. When we got to our room, there was someone in the room that they gave us! We were traveling with small children... we walked into our room and there was already people in there... the room didnt look at all updated or anything the pool out side looked very gross. They was wierd people outside. We didnt end up staying we went somewhere esle because it wasnt safe with small kids.. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“First the staff was wonderful, helped us with every concern and was super nice. But that seemed to really be the only good thing. Our first room the stove did not work and the room smelled like straight mildew. We got a new room easily, but only one of the stove parts worked, the air conditioner leaked bad on to the floor, the fridge did not keep our food cold, and it smelled super bad. The smell is still on my clothes now after the trip. Also there were multiple occasions where there were huge……

“Rooms had a smell, was only one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.”

“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. The staff rarely made eye contact or seemed interested in assisting guests, and even at checkout there was little effort to engage or address concerns. What concerned us most was the level of crime and police activity in and around the……

“The pools were good. The room had some issues like all kitchen lights didn’t work, one stove top burner didn’t work, no toilet/dish soap available after check in, main indoor pool lights didn’t work and the restaurant staff worked super slow and were constantly on their phones. At the end of all this, the manager responds was….. “your room hasn’t got it’s upgrades and that’s why your having issues; please have patience and work with us” I would love a free two night voucher at another hotel……

“Booked an oceanfront room but got a side view room, didn’t know anything about renovation going on, didn’t know about construction going on the beach 24/7. No room service for the 4 days we were there, had to go get our own towels daily, didn’t know I had to pay extra to park in the resort parking garage (per day). Had to check in/out across the way at a restaurant. Very thin blanket ( if that’s what you want to call it) on the beds. No access to the beach from hotel, had to walk a mile to get……
