“The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.”

“Did not have hot water for two days, power went out in middle of night for two-three hours. Staff was also quick to help when needed. For example, we also were unable to use Roku and they gave us remote quickly. But there was no Roku box or stick there to be able to watch.”

“I'll be honest with you. I'd give it a 2. Not really what I'd expect from a Hilton. Hotel is clean and nice. No issue there. Service has been lacking. I'll give you a couple examples: 1. We ordered a turkey club sandwich from the Blue. It was honestly something I could make in my kitchen. It was served on wheat bread and not multigrain too. Not a huge issue but really made the sandwich pedestrian. 2. We got a gazebo at the pool. We did not get greeted by a server until 1130am. We went to the……

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“Beautiful hotel with emphasis on quality and service. Ideal location convenient to harbour and beach. Immaculate throughout.”

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”

“The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B……
