“This Omni didn’t wow me like other hotels around the same price point. You’re really just paying for the beach access and pools, not spectacular facilities and staff. We weren’t given a room until 5pm, so we had to wait around for an hour past check-in time. The Prime restaurant food and staff were terrible, definitely not worth the money. ”

“First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. ”

“The hotel is close to everything and a great price. We were there in April 2026 and the facility is in the midst of being updated. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
