“Breakfast place dirty, chaotic, poor service, fast food-style. Not what I expected for this class of resort, opted to eat outside of the property. My suite was well- appointed, but pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. ”

“The views from this hotel are hard to beat. That being said, that is the only thing i would give 5 stars. The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. The upholstery in the dining areas, the curtains, the seating in the lobby ALL had massive stains on them and was so gross looking. There is a smell they are trying to pump through the lobby but it is……

“Clean, friendly, great breakfast and pet friendly. A little bit of a walk to the beach, the pictures make it look like it's on the beach but it's about a mile walk.”

“The hotel is close to everything and a great price. We were there in April 2026 and the facility is in the midst of being updated. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“Pros- walking distance to beach & Coligny park. Rooms were clean and the hotel has been updated. Reasonably priced. Allows pets. Water pressure was good & water hot. The manger was very kind & you could tell truly cared about his hotel guests. Cons- the room key system was broken during half of our stay & required us to have a staff member unlock our door as we came & went. The water fountain in the lobby was broken, the ice machine was broken on our floor aches there was no coffee in the……

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
