We were given a complimentary bottle of wine for our troubles but then no bottle opener, and we called for someone to get it open for us, but then reception said we needed to go up to the bar in order to open it which wasn’t the best service. We learned our lesson. The hotel was definitely a 4-star service… but then again we’ve had better service at other 4-star hotels. My husband and I will come back, but maybe we will just stay in a cheaper room that doesn’t have a sauna, and have a shorter stay."
